The Never-Ending Anthony Circus

Well, Casey Anthony is back out of jail and home again. She walked out of the Orange County Jail hand in hand with her attorney Jose Baez yesterday afternoon. Someone posted the new bail shortly after court yesterday morning and Casey got fitted for her ankle bracelet soon afterwards. With the body guards and Baez surrounding her, she strolled down the walk to the big red pickup truck that was waiting to take her back home. I'm guessing that the pickup truck belongs to one of the body guards since it hadn't been seen at the house previously. With the frequency of Casey's arrests, how soon will she have a 4th mugshot to add to her collection?

With Casey back home, it seems that the tempers are rising again in that house. George Anthony came out this morning and ranted at the media since there weren't any protesters available as targets. George seems to think that the media is at fault for destroying his family. Or at least that is what he yelled at Mark Boyle, a reporter for WFTV in Orlando. (Follow the WFTV link and there's even a video you can watch of George's rant this morning.) My question to the Anthony's is this: Why is it you folks always have a hammer in your hands when you start yelling at people? Do you think it makes you more believable or something? Hey, I'm sorry, but if I happened to be in your neighborhood and you guys came at me with a hammer in your hand, I'd be on the phone to 911 in a heartbeat reporting your threatening behavior! Maybe the three of you could have matching ankle jewelry!

Hmm.. Three Anthony's. George, Cindy and Casey. Are those the three that Cindy told everyone about? The THREE people that Cindy says are searching for Caylee? Or maybe we can take Casey out of the equation and insert Lee. Yeah. That's it. The three people "searching" for Caylee are George, Cindy and Lee Anthony. And since it's been over 3 months now since Caylee disappeared, we can see how effective their search efforts are. They still have the ONE person who can answer questions sitting there in their home with them. And Caylee is still out there somewhere. Why?

Cindy has been pretty quiet since the confrontation with the woman the other night who's boy got hurt when his arm got caught in the car door, but I'm sure we'll see or hear from her again soon. From what has been posted on the WebSleuth's website, Cindy has stated her intentions of trying to close down websites that speak bad about her daughter, Casey. In a phone conversation with the moderator of the WebSleuth's forum, Cindy stated that she "hadn't checked out" the forum but if I remember correctly, the lady who went through the Anthony's trash found printouts from the WebSleuth's forums. So, apparently someone in that house is reading what is posted there. As for Cindy's aim of getting websites closed down for speaking bad about her daughter, Casey; Good luck Cindy.. You're stepping on a very slippery slope there. Ever hear of the constitution and Free Speech?

There are questions floating around about money now as well. And not just the questions about who is paying for the body guards, who's posting Casey's bail each time and who is paying for attorney's. I've seen some speculation about the "trust fund" account that was set up for the search for Caylee a couple months ago having been closed out. If that is true, it would be interesting to see where the money went that had been donated for the search for that little girl. Is it in Casey's "defense fund" now? Then we have the opportunists who are climbing on the bandwagon hoping to get some money in their own pockets by using Caylee's disappearance. Like the eBay seller, "duchessofcinch" who had auctions up for lavender rubber bracelets with "HelpFindCaylee.com" on them for $10.00 each. In the auction description, the seller said nothing about where the $10.00 a piece for those bracelets was going. Into the seller's pocket, I suppose. The ad only said to go to the website and print out flyers and such. A number of message board posters complained to eBay about the auction and eBay closed the auction. I wonder what money making scheme will come to light next that uses Caylee's disappearance for profit.

Bah. I'm done with the Anthony's today. There is just so much in the news about them that just turns my stomach. Later!

I'm just so upset about this whole case. I pray each night that they find out what happened to this little girl. This entire family has so many issues, but I love my kids, but if this happened to me, it would have to be tough love and I couldn't accept the fact that my daughter would do something this shocking just to spite me. God will have justice one day on this woman. People need to pray that this ends soon. The truth needs to come out, the world is waiting for justice for this little girl.

If I had hostile and belligerent protestors on my lawn, you can be certain that I'd be out there with a hammer too! Those protestors are quacks and need to leave the Anthony's alone. What purpose are they serving by being there? There isn't one. Besides the fact that they want to cause trouble for everyone in that neighborhood. And if I was Cindy and that woman got in my face like that...I'd end up arrested because I'd have to beat her down. And like I've said. Do NOT convict this girl of something she hasn't even been charged of. And this post will probably not get approved because the media is out for a witch hunt, and any defense of Casey is viewed as absurd.

well you have to take the thought of that casey is the ONLY one who knows where caylee is so if you want to defend casey youre more than welcome but do remember she did basically convict herself( in the eyes of the public, which will be the jury when she does get convicted) when she decided to lie about what happened to her.......

as for the protesters yeah they neef to spend their energy looking for that little girl instead of terrorizing all the other people in the neighborhood...the Anthony's have to live with themselves that should be enough to drive a person insane with guilt.... leave them alone to their thoughts and hopefully some truth will come out

To Anonymous: That child has a lot of people praying for her, and I hope that the truth does come out. And soon. This circus has gone on long enough.

To Alexis: Confronting "hostile and belligerent" people with a hammer is not a good idea. For anyone. And for Cindy and George, with the cameras rolling all the time, it's even worse. Someone is going to get hurt one of these days, and if the hammer or (like last night) the baseball bat is in the hands of the Anthony's, they'll be going to jail. What would that accomplish in the search for that child, Caylee? As for your comment about your comment/post not being "approved", as yet I have not felt a need to moderate the comments on my blog. As it says over on the intro on the right hand side, comments here are welcome. I am not a member of the media. I am just me. A retired CAD drafter/photographer. A mother. A grandmother. And a blogger.

To Cheri: You are right about Casey's position. Her lies and her unwillingness to help find her daughter are what has "convicted" her in the eyes of a lot of the public.

Yes, I know there hasn't been a trial. Yet. So far, the charges that are piled on to her are legitimate charges and, from what I've read in the documents released by the investigators, it won't be terribly hard to convict her in a court of law. The evidence is there. It will be interesting to see how Mr. Baez spins the evidence against her for the financial charges. After all, they actually have video of her cashing those checks that belonged to her ex-friend, Amy.

How do you know that Casey knows where Caylee is? Did she call you and tell you that? Are you the one person that she has confided in? I seriously doubt it. Come on now.

Did I say that Casey knows where Caylee is? Casey, however, does know what happened when Caylee disappeared and has only spun a web of lies to cover for it. Are you the one person she has confided in? Give me a break, Alexis.

What is your opinion of the lies that Casey has told?

I have never claimed to know anything for certain regarding Casey's thoughts or beliefs. You are the one who has done that. And you're doing it again. You says she KNOWS what happened when Caylee disappeared. Again...how do you know that she KNOWS this? You don't. And I have mixed opinions on what she has told the police so far. But remember....she hasn't even been charged with a murder. So you cannot convict her of something she hasn't even been charged with. The media feeds us information that will lead us to believe she is guilty. That's the only info they give us because this is a witch hunt and the media and police are running a circus show.

Alexis, I have one question for you. Have you read that 400 page document dump yet?

ok we aren't saying she KNOWS where caylee is or what happened to her. We are trying to say she is the only one that knows the events leading up to the little girls disappearance, and all she has said about that is just plain lies!!!! As a mother I personally wouldn't lie about what happened, If she doesn't remember due to drugs or whatever she needs to be truthful so people can have a place to actually start looking. All we can see is what she lets us see and any jury will convict her due to her untruthfulness and unwillingness to help find her daughter!
