Exhibit “A” thereto is a loony multi-page (including margins) jailhouse letter from Kelley Lynch to Bruce Cutler – who promptly forwarded it to prosecutors.

Exhibit “B” is an email wherein Kelley Lynch appears to call for the assassination of Steve Cooley.

Exhibit “ C” is a letter to from Bruce Cutler outlining his harassment by Kelley Lynch and asking that she be sentenced to jail.

Thanks for the info, Anonymous.. I remember reading some of Ms. Lynch's rants back when the Phil Spector case was active. I suppose the comment fits pretty well under the "common sense" post, since Ms. Lynch didn't show that she had a lot of it in her postings all over the net..

A Los Angeles jury just convicted putative Phil Spector friend and former Leonard Cohen manager Kelley Lynch of all eight criminal harassment charges.

The judge indicated that he is not inclined to grant probation and requested sentencing memoranda from the prosecution and the defense.

Sentencing is in 10 days.

Kelley Lynch has been in custody since her arrest by the Berkeley Police Department on March 1, 2012 on outstanding failures to appear on old warrants out of Los Angeles and on an arrest warrant arising out of the criminal harassment complaint charging ten counts of violating a Colorado Restraining Order, later converted to California order under reciprocity statutes relating to restraining orders.

The charges were later trimmed to eight counts all involving threatening phone calls and emails culled from hundreds of voice messages for Cohen and thousands of threatening emails.

The LA Da is considering filing charges related to terrorist threats Lynch recently made to Steve Cooley, emailing the DA's Office and others that Coley ought to be shot; they have been monitoring the trial which is being prosecuted by the domestic violence unit of the City Attorney's Office.

Dont know why today i thought about my trip to that cemetary but thought it was interesting that people are actually still talking about it, Anerkie the pics are of the so called "witches graveyard" albeit only legend has one witch that was hung by the very tree in the cemetary. The noyesburg or pugh cemetary is close by for the other annony person. But heres the thing my adventure there as a kid in the middle of the night was very scary at the time strange sounds, buddies car not wanting to start upon trying to run the hell outta there. No im not making this up. The main thing i recall is a small stick like cross on a grave that has since been destroyed or removed, but i do remeber that distinctly. so Anerkie the legend is true i believe. Anyways a very interesting place for you paranormal cemetary folks out there. bye Matthew

To Anonymous on Nov. 9th;
The images in this blog entry are from the North Butte Cemetery (Or Pennington Cemetery). This cemetery is on the South side of the road where the Noyesburg Cemetery is on the North side and further West on North Butte Road. Noyesburg Cemetery is also much closer to the road and has a sign showing the name. It also has "current" burials.

All of the old cemeteries that are around the Sutter Buttes have somewhat recent burials because the families who've lived on and around the buttes still choose to use the "pioneer" cemeteries. I've verified the locations of the two old burial grounds that I've documented with the Sutter Cemetery District. Noyesburg Cemetery was in the process of being photographed by another person so I took no photos there.

As for the location of the "witch's grave", the legends about the "witch" have become so blurred and the old cemeteries have been vandalized so heavily there is no way to know exactly which of the cemeteries that are around the Buttes is the one where the legend began. Your guess is as good as mine as to which one she/he is buried in.

I, too, thought for second that in '03 she might've been pregnant and referring to her decision to keep the baby and so forth. But it was too early for her to have been pregnant w/Caylee. The thing that makes the date hard to be true is that the FBI is saying that the diary hadn't been available til 2004. Could that be wrong?..Is this info accurate? And true: How DID Casey's '03/'08 diary get back to her house if she hadn't been in the home since June 16th? This is where I read that it was seized from. Don't know if that's accurate but if I were Casey I wouldn't have been writing about something like that in a dairy and then keep it once the law was involved. That'd be pretty dumb. And in that case, why write '03 in a diary w/an entry like that and leave it to be found? There'd be no need for that if you were aware of the diary and what it said to put a fake date cuz she could've just gotten rid of it or any incriminating pages. Another mystery to be solved.

If this was written in June of 2003 then she was pregnant at the time so of course she would be worried and would be wondering what the future holds. Maybe she was planning an abortion and was reflecting on the decision to keep the child which would be born soon. I see nothing suspicious about this entry IF it was written in 2003. If it was written after the child disappeared then it might sound strange. I think that if i was the police I wound have had people investigate how long this ink was there to see if was written in 2003 or after the child dissappeared. It would be a HUGE key to that case but its too late now she cant be tried twice.

I don't know if WingedTurtlePhoto is going to come back to answer your question, but I remember seeing information about that diary/book in one of the discovery documents that was posted on one of the Orlando news sites. I don't remember which one I saw it, and the links are gone with the InSessions Message Board. The Hinky Meter blog has a searchable database of most of the discovery.. Regardless of the appearance of "covering up", my heart goes out to Cindy Anthony. As a mother, I feel such compassion for her. I have probably been guilty of "denial" with both my girls too, but very simply because I was stupid, not because of any ill intentions. It is obvious that Cindy dearly loved her little granddaughter, and this horrible event has taken a terrible toll on her. The desperate things she did during the heated weeks of the search should not condemn her.

I've had my doubts about the diary as well. But I think I remember reading in one of the many pieces of discovery that the book these pages were written in wasn't even available for sale back in "2003"... I guess we'll have to wait and see if the prosecution uses the diary and how they "date" the entry we're seeing in that image.
