Dominic - just to recap my theory on the Ganguzza connection: Casey is no angel, but she is not a murderess. We have not been able to pinpoint Caylee's location precisely because she is alive - the deceased are not a problem as they don't generally move (not to make light of it but it's just the reality of it). I believe that Caylee was taken by Kiomarie Torres-Cruz and her family, she has had an obsession with Casey since they were in high school together and had fixated on Caylee after she was born. She and her family moved to a house just up the street from the Anthony's in March of this year and then moved abruptly in late July after Caylee went missing. Our team has "hit" on every location in Orlando where Caylee has been taken to and from and each of the family members of the Torres & Cruz clans. Casey is exhibiting the classic symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and in view of her probably bi-polar condition, her actions/ reactions and state of mind is understandable. PTSD usually manifests within 1-3 months following the event but in this case it was almost immediate (she needs treatment!) I believe that on the 9th of June, Kiomarie somehow persuaded Casey to let her babysit Caylee for the evening/night and then made plans to return Caylee the next day at Blanchard Park. On the 10th of June, when Casey met with Kiomarie at Blanchard, Kiomarie refused to give Caylee back. An argument/altercation ensued and Nicole just happened to be a witness. In that Nicole's professional background was in family therapy/counseling, she may have tried to intervene. Kiomarie was not alone - she had two males with her. Nicole was then subdued and taken away/murdered at that point - possibly moved in the trunk of Casey's car to the location where her body was found. If DNA was found in the trunk, it will probably be a match to Nicole Ganguzza. The serial rapist theory just doesn't match here as the rapist had not killed before. The rape was opportunistic in Nicole's case. Kiomarie's personality matches almost exactly with the profile in Nicole's reading - she is manipulative and authoritarian - she rules - she is creative and artistic. The two males, probably her husband and his brother - not kids but young adults with adolescent tendencies - makes them easier for Kiomarie to control their lives. So, there are two events that Casey witnessed - her daughter abducted and a murder - that would stress most of us out I think? This may all be a figment of my imagination but ........ ? Following is summary of one of the reports I received –

This is a group of young people. Two males and one female. An older male, a younger male and a young female. They are young and very close in nature, like siblings or gang members or close friends. This was in a small wooded place with earth animals like Turtles and Raccoons. There was a reason for these people to be there this night. They felt comfortable there and assured. There could easily be violence with sudden death - this is in a public place. The males were agitated and emotionally aroused - Ready for a fight. The sexual energy appears to be present but is not a de facto. I am not sure that rape was the entire motivation. It appears that it's confrontation or violence they are seeking. At 7 pm I think things erupted right around that time. They just "fell into" this. They didn't pick Nicole out or hunt her down. They were waiting in the park. At 8 pm Nicole is dead. At this point, the older male has lost interest and is leaving the scene. I get the feeling he has some work to do somewhere. Perhaps he works at night? After he leaves, the other two head out as well, just dumping her body along the way. It doesn't look like they made any effort to hide her, bury her or otherwise do much with her body after she died. Although the police did find her in another location, there is nothing indicating cars or other methods of transportation. However, it is a fact that she was carried off and dumped later. The older male is easily agitated, restless, often hustling. He is very unreliable and not trustworthy. The younger male could be his younger brother or a real close friend, however he is likely taller than the older male. He is thin and lively, with a springy, jumpy way of walking. He also would have a clear complexion. More color in his face than the other boy, hazel or gray eyes, turned up nose. This male is scatter brained, nervous and easily led. The young female is graceful, with good complexion and lots of curly or wavy brown hair. She has hazel or gray eyes and very nice hands ... she likes doing her nails and they are probably manicured and decorated. She rubs lotion on her hands a lot and they are soft and nice to look at. She is somewhat unconventional and careless but perhaps talented in music. She may play piano, keyboards, guitar or other instrument that uses finger dexterity. She may also be an artist or crafter. She is somewhat troublesome and busy, always getting into things and causing disagreements. This girl, whether a participant or not, influenced these men to murder Nicole.

Good theory, one discrepancy ... Caylee was last seen on June 16 by her dad when she and Casey left the house at 12:50 pm ... how does this support the theory of Nicole Ganguzza's involvement? Could it be two (2) separate incidents a week apart. Of course Casey did say June 9th, I believe she was confused on dates not recalling the 15th (Father's Day) whereas the family including Caylee spent the day together and also the night, plausible theory except for incident dates ... Yes, of course you are right about the possible connection with Nicole's murder - the timeing just does not work out if the timelines reported are correct. The other team members also see no connection there - so just me thinking out loud! I'm trying to come up with a plausible reason for someone taking Caylee in the first place - obviously ransom money is not the prime reason - there wouldn't be any. Stealing caylee/Adoption seems to be a stong motive for Kiomarie. BTW Simon A. Birch is the Johnson Wrecker man who says the smell he noticed in Casey's car was the odor of decomp. Threw the white trash bag containing a pizza with maggots over the fence of the tow yard. He is the father of Joel Birch. Simon may have more information than he's telling.

Dominic - can't help thinking about the very large number of media/theatrical connections to all the players in the case. As you know, the prime players all attended the same College with majors in either media or theater, or are now working in those industries. If this whole thing is in fact a hoax/fraud to get book/movie right money, perhaps one of them wrote a school paper on the subject in the past? Would it be worth speaking to former teachers/professors about each of the players when they were attending College? I have no comment at the moment… I had lots of them as I read through the emails from these clowns, but right now.. I guess I have too many comments chasing each other around in my head… Someone please tell me that these clowns aren’t typical of private investigators…
