These emails are absolutely mind blowing. The way they read it almost seems like these guys are playing a game! The only problem with that is that they are trying to hang a lot of innocent people.

Good to hear from you Luke, nothing new to report from here; on the case. 11:25 pm last night Cindy called me saying a truck was sitting outside the house, so I was up until 3:30 am dealing with that issue, police were called but did nothing. He was a guy with a "back up" car that kept showing up until we finally blocked them in and politely questioned him (I believe that is what they call it LOL), he is a high dollar paparazzi waiting to sneak around and get the $50,000 picture which is apparently the "bounty".
He and his back up left after our conversation and probably because the media trucks start pulling in at 3:30 am - 4 am for the first news broadcasts on early morning TV. George fortunately enough slept through the whole thing, thank goodness because had he woke up that would have been a real issue ... take care and have a good day ... Dominic!

Luke, this is a short stay for Torres at Hopespring, interesting. Lazarro did move to an apartment complex less than a mile from his other apartment, from what Casey has told me, she introduced Lazarro to someone she went to school with who is an apartment manager. The original plan was that Casey and Lazarro would be moving into the new apartment together. We are still keeping close tabs on the boy and his roommate ... Take care!

Dominic - any luck tracking down Kiomarie Torres-Cruz? I cannot find any information on her mother – so, I assume that she is either deceased or is not in the picture at all. If this is the case, the Cruz family - Nikki's mother - may be the one to focus on. It would be a wonderful coincidence if she has a first name of Zenaida. There are several in Fl (Zenaida Cruz) 3 in Miami and 1 in Medley (suburb of Miami). I think this girl really wanted to get Caylee for her own.

You cannot unilaterally write any media outlet and make any statements on behalf of Casey Anthony or The Baez Law Firm. Not only is this in violation of our confidentiality agreement, it is counter productive to what we are trying to accomplish. Dominic - I see absolutely nothing in your statement that should be of concern to Baez - It was a simple statement of fact. If you have a signed confidentiality agreement with the firm, then you are obliged to adhere to the terms of the agreement. Usually, letting them review any information statement relating to the case prior to release will avoid any possible repercussions on disclosure. At this time, I would advise you to let Baez bless any statement that you are asked to make from the media. I personally would stay as far away from Nancy Grace and her producers as I could - anything you say will be twisted to suite their agenda.
If your efforts are being paid for by Baez it probably is best to stick with him and bear the abuse for a little while longer - when you do find Caylee - don't let that bastard steal the moment from you. Ginette asked me if you would be willing to come up to the DC area for a one-on-one with her - she thinks that with you being so close to the case, she can get a much better tracking on Caylee's physical location - that is up to you of course, but if interested I can coordinate the meeting. She also asked me to pass along to you - buy a small teddy bear for Caylee and keep it with you - an opportunity to seize her will come soon and she will recognize YOU and one of the good guys if you have the bear - look - don't ask, don't shoot the messenger - can't hurt - right?
